Last updated: October 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AliSun ("AliSun", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use the AliSun website at alisun.co, the web application at app.alisun.co and the AliSun Chrome extension (together, the "Service"), and the choices and rights you have. For any question or request, contact us at service@alisun.co.
In short
- We collect what is needed to run your account: your name, email, plan, usage and saved items.
- Payments are handled by PayPal; we never see your card or bank details.
- We use analytics and a support chat; we do not sell your personal information.
- You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export or delete your data.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account information: your name, email address and password when you register. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.

- Content you save: the products and stores you add to your collections and your preferences, such as your language.
Information about your subscription
- Your plan, credits and limits used, billing dates and amounts, and the identifiers of your PayPal billing agreement and transactions. Payment details (card or bank information) are collected and processed by PayPal, not by us.
Information collected automatically
- Usage information: the searches and filters you use, the pages and features you open and the data you view, used to provide the Service and count credits.
- Device and log information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page and the date and time of requests, recorded by our hosting and security providers.
- Analytics: how visitors use our pages, through the tools described in section 3.

4. The Chrome extension
The AliSun Chrome extension shows AliSun information on supported websites, such as AliExpress product pages and Shopify stores. To do so it reads the content of these pages while you visit them (for example a product or store identifier, prices and images) and sends to our servers only what is needed for the feature you use, together with your AliSun sign-in, which it receives from the web app.
The extension does not sell your data, does not use it for advertising and does not transfer it to third parties except to provide its features. Its use of data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove the extension at any time from your browser.
